I m always interested to read other people s story comments to see what hit the right spot for other readers. Its fascinating to see which stories get more comments and which get few or none. It seems to be mostly random luck if anyone writes any comments.
Do the writers get any notice of new comments on old stories ? There are so many great stories from past years. I never know if I m writing comments that the story writer will see or if its only other readers that will see new comments on old stories ?
I m guessing the readers get off and then don t bother to write any comments after they shoot in many cases. Its too bad. Probably some of the very best stories leave the readers fully satisfied but too lazy in recovery mode to write comments for other s to read.
I like the detailed comments on what people liked in each story. What elements made the story most enjoyable for them as readers.
Its really great when authors reply and notice comments left for them !

No, there is no notification system of things like reviews or stars, such as you get with fanfiction.net or hpff.com or some of the other sites. Then again, they run very pricey software.

I have thought of writing a story of a Centaur being Gelded not for crime, but for a teaching position where he would be in charge of fillys and mares.
If anyone would be interested in reading such a thing, I will set to writing it.

There's really no point in providing feedback or request/suggestion idea for future stories.
There's very little diversity/range of the stories on this site - they're all the mostly same. Hence why for over 3 years I've been suggesting a particular topic to spice things up a little. To get new ideas coming with fresher kinds of stories!
Particularly Glans/cock-head amputation!
Every single time I got push-back/declines. Even in forums.
Authors don't want feedback/ideas, it seems they want the same boring vanilla stories that are little different from the hundreds of the same stories in the archive.

Hey @tempdownload
I'll write it, if you'll role play play it with me on tumblr. You seem to know what you want in the story. Is it straight, gay, bi, college, marriage, prison? Details will help.
Send me a pvt msg if you are willing

And wankers don't want to write, they just want to read and pop their cork. If you'd like to see stories in your preferred genre, why don't you write one?

This website beats many others where there is no opportunity to post any comments or feedback ratings ! I do enjoy reading other readers comments and seeing which stories get a lot of feedback.
I m sure its very frustrating for any author to bare his ideas and put himself out there, especially on the admittedly controversial topics of these stories, post it, and wait, wanting yo see feedback, wanting to know what readers think of your hard work, and its silent, no feedback.
That would make writers give up.
I see similar frustration on other websites with the poster asking, Is anyone out there ? I s anyone looking at my stuff ? Any comments or feedback ? And nothing. It seems to be a big problem on a lot of the internet. Impersonal use and enjoyment of internet content, but with no interaction or feedback on that same internet content.

I agree. I don t understand how someone knows just what they want to see and enjoy in EA fiction stories, but won t try writing any stories. Potential writers should simply approach it like, how would I tell this story in words around a campfire to my friends ? Even as kids, we all told and shared stories around campfires. Its not that tough to do.
Here is a serious question ? To write a story, do you just write it out like a long email, or an word text document that is sent with an email as an attachment file, or what ? I m guessing most amateurs just don t know what form a story needs to be in to send it to you and what is involved in trying to write and send a story to the EA ? Please use non tech language to answer this for us non computer types if you can. Thanks.
Also, I think hearing stories in each man s unique language and slang and in his own non perfect wording and in his way of telling it adds to a story more than needing to use perfect textbook english. As long as I can understand it and read it, it doesn t need to be perfect or like its written for an english teacher s class to be graded for me to enjoy it.
Maybe a few basic campfire stories put into writing would be enough to tell people s story ideas and get the number of stories to increase again ?
