In contrast, some men have survived incredibly painful injuries and destruction of testicles. Who can explain who survives and who dies.

In battlefields during wars, it is well known that some men will die of shock from less severe injuries while far more severely injured men can survive.

As a Neuro-Surgeon, I was quite often involved, usually by referral from a Urologist, to be involved in sports injuries that had some effect on the spine. What drove me over the fence and tearing out my hair was that the young men-and it was 99% young men-were less than candid about their injury. It was the classic "put me back in coach, I'm okay to play". Even if showing them the pictures of their spine at L 1, 2 or 3, showing severe compression plus a cracked Coccyx, they refused to see that one disc sitting on the other could be a problem. All I could do was make recommendations, usually for intense physical therapy if they refused surgery. I wasn't knife happy but tried to make them understand that IF this issue was not addressed as they grew older, say 30, they would expose themselves to more serious surgery. Worse were the parents who wanted this for their son, theoretically, but refused to see the real, painful problem. Wasn't my patient but about six years ago in North Carolina a 16 year old died on the field during the homecoming game. He was taken from the field, no mention of his death, and homecoming carried on. That's bad enough but...he was allowed to play weighing over 320 pounds, 5'8 tall. A doctor, his parents, the coach and the school had signed off certifying his ability to play. The MRI's were in several journals and, from front to back, one testicle had been torn loose, in situ, from the spermatic cord, the Coccyx was broken loose, L1 and 2 had no cushion as well as being cracked. Of course the cause of death was his weight, phrased so you had to know what you were reading to understand that. No legal case was brought and the game continues to this day. I have little doubt that sports injuries involving the genito-urinary system are far under reported only because the patient and/or his parents are too embarrassed to discuss "down there" with a qualified clinician. Do you hear me grinding my teeth? An acquaintance moved his practice to an area where school boy sports were largely non-existent just to get away from trauma he could fix but was not permitted to do so.

The jock straps many 'kids' wear are insufficient to prevent serious injury. Nothing short of a hockey cup-where few testicular injuries are reported-should be the norm.

But just guessing from the similar oval shapes and sizes and reproductive functions of ovaries and testicles, I would guess they would both be extremely sensative to abuse and cause extreme pain that might be enough to cause similar deaths in healthy females. Extreme rape cases might have caused similar deaths but I don t know and I don t have any reports to cite.

Male and female genitalia form in embryos from similar original structures. And end up having somewhat similar adult nerve and sexual stimulation response abilities of erection, pleasure, pain, and similar.

So a guess can be made that ovaries and testicles are similarly painful and can be similarly damaged by direct enough abuse.

We know that a man can end up enjoying the pain in the testicles. Limited, controlled pain. I'm one of them, but I've seen videos of men going far beyond me.

I wonder, are women the same? Are those who use bottles, huge dildos or fishting, causing pain in the area of the ovaries? Logically it would be yes. If a big penis hurts, a huge dildo should hurt much more. Are women able to enjoy the pain? Considering the similarities between the organs, I suppose yes. Some of them.

I m not surprised by more males than females studying and appreciating your big bulge.

Males are way more into penis sizes and balls sizes and we are always instinctually busy size competing with our fellow males. Most females really do not care much about penis, testicle, and bulge sizes. Females are merely curious in most cases and not serious size queens like lots of men are.

Most women like the idea of a big penis but get nervous the first time with a new man with an extra large penis and usually are saying things like for him to be gentle, go slow, give me time to adjust before you start moving or thrusting, pull out if it hurts, pull out if she asks you to, and similar fears of being impaled, ripped, hurt, stretched, or pounded too hard or too deep or for too long a time.

Women hardly care about our balls and most don t really want to handle them as fun or know how to play with them. Its usually either too light or too rough, and rarely just right. Most women are never taught and coached by men to know how to handle and enjoy balls. No wonder thay aren t sure what hurts and what feels good to us men. Our balls are a mystery that lots of women just avoid doing anything with. Most females simply don t enjoy balls like appreciative men do

I m guessing if you go slow and gentle, then ovaries are like testicles that don t hurt being moved slowly and gently. Its the fast or hard movement or squeezing that hurts so much. Women are lucky with internal ovaries that don t get caught, trapped, bumped, whacked and hurt like our external balls do.

The true size queens among women might enjoy a big dick or dildo bumping their ovaries like lighter ball busting feels good to many men. Some women do enjoy huge penises vaginally and orally, not so much anally. So, some get greater fun from bigger penises. And it seems smbd is attractive to some women, but it seems like fewer women into smbd than men. Plus horny older men can still continue to enjoy intense sensations as so many women hit natural menopause at certain ages and then have less sex drive into older ages. Men seem to enjoy more and more intense stimulation as they age. Women seem to loose all sex drive or emotionally outgrow and not desire sex in older ages, unlike a lot of extra horny men.

Maybe if women retained a strong sex drive as their sex organs functioned less and less in older ages, maybe females would seek out more and more intense and greater physical stimulation to fire up their older sex organs into working more in the way many older men routinely do.
