I understand where you are coming from but these kind of products can cause toxicity at high enough levels that work and can get very expensive. Your cheapest, lowest risk is to buy estrace/estradiol from a reputable online pharmacy unless you go to a doctor and get prescription which makes the estrogen dirt cheap. 2mg a day will do more than all the herbs in the world.

I've been using Spiro in conjunction with Estrofem for around 2 months now.
