As true today as when you first shared this post. Thank you. I have followed your advice and have found somewhere in Athens. I will apply caution but at first glance, and without much effort I am initially happy at the result. I will update this information accordingly. Many thanks for the pointer.

I started by making my bios alcoholics. A 2 or 3 cc shot of pure eth once a week or so. The first will hurt like you have just been kneed, but it gets easier as you go on. Make sure you aim for the center from different angles. I went on for about 6 months, then started to complain to my urologist about this immense pain, and they were hard, and somewhat shriveled up. He ordered CT scan, MRI x ray and every thing he could think of. He said he wanted to do a biopsy but it could not be done thru the scrotum as that would contaminate the needle. He said that he would have to make an incision in my groin ( not crotch) and expose them. I did watch it on u-tube . He said he would remove them, have the pathology do a biopsy and return the results asap. We discussed if there was any cancer or such thing not to put them back
Guess what he agreed and I woke up from this "biopsy" a real life eunuch.
I have never felt better. About 6 months later I asked him to remove my scrotum I told him it kept getting pinched and causing me pain
Guess what. I now have only a really shy cock that likes to hid up in my belly with only a little fleshy bump left. Of course it does come out when I get aroused.
HAPPY HELL YES
I always have to sit to pee, buy that makes cleaning up the floor around the toilet easier
Now just to find myself some nice panties or thong for Christmas

I got orchiectomy done in Philippines, by Dr. Anthony Joson (no referrals needed, paid $674), from Renew Medical Surgical Clinic. Since OP is from Australia, its close too.
