I killed my testicles this year with the Ever Clear and they are hard as stones. The left one is smaller than the right one, but how long does it take for them to shrink to hardly even there? I would like to remove them and the scrotum, but just cannot take the banding pain for a long enough period of time. I have lasted about 1 hour and then have to remove the bands even with taking 4 high doseages of ibuprofen. I don't want to have them surgically removed either. Any suggestions? This is a great site for those of us who don't want our testicles and/or scrotums anymore.
What is your aversion to having the surgically removed? Gone is gone.

How is it performed as an out patient and are you put to sleep? Does insurance cover it as well?

The usual procedure in the UK is to visit your GP and say things aren't quite right down there and you will normally get a referral for an ultrasound.
If the test shows they pose a cancer risk they will whip them out.
Quite often they don't pose a threat and you are sent on your merry way.
At which point you may want to go for an elective procedure and part with $3-4,000 after proving to the practitioner you are quite sane and know what you are doing.
Most procedures are performed under general anesthetic so you are asleep.

Thank you all for the contributions in this thread. I am waiting to visit the GP and have that referral to have mine checked out until I am sure myself they are dead beyond redemption.
It is good to have the situation of leaving the dead ones inside clarified. I had thought this was an option, but it is good to hear from others.
Thank you all again for a great resource.
