Wanting to have all female plumbing both top and bottom is a goal and those wishing to have such can come very close in this modern world. Chase your desires with all you have and your dreams will come to be.

Me too, started doing it when I got my PA about 30 years ago.

I only stand to pee when out working(I work construction no restrooms) and then with my PA I have to be very careful or end up with wet spots!

It depends on the situation but due to my PA my general preference is to sit. I always sit at home, but obviously public restrooms vary in their cleanliness and suitability for sitting. When sitting isn't practical, I'm generally ok with urinals. I've learned how to seal off the hole and position my jewelry with my finger to give me enough control to avoid pissing all over the wall, floor, or myself. Of course weird deflections off my jewelry do happen from time to time which is why I still prefer to sit even when a urinal is an option. Worst case is when the bathroom is dirty and only has a bowl. (90% of gas stations) I do my best and lean or squat as close to the bowl as I can, but aim first and foremost to avoid hitting myself, which usually means I get a fair amount on the outside of the bowl and/or the floor. I feel bad for the person who has to clean up after me, but justify myself by thinking the toilet was already dirty and if they had cleaned before me it wouldn't have happened.

I began sitting the pee over ten years ago to become closer to my fem side. I soon found out it was much more relaxing and it kept the bathroom much cleaner. I too work construction like Sparky49 and find I need to stand to pee when needed. Sitting to pee has become second nature now.

To answer the second part of the question. Every time I sit to pee I wish I had the plumbing to match my fem side.
