Mine were prominent for a month, diminished over another 5 months to negligible, and have been undetectable the rest of my first year.

Frankly I was so glad I was able to convince the urologist, that whether the cords were going to be present was the least of my problems. A radical orchiectomy will obviously almost totally remove the cords. I am not sure but I believe attaching the cords to the walls of the scrotum may cause long term issues. I guess if you have to use a cutter they may do whatever you want.

Yes, they are(cords) unpleasantly sensitive.

Oh, sensitive would be nice for me! Was thinking they will be numb after time?

Ok, would be nice!

Have also a cuttings from my vasectomy and also there the nerves are a bit more sensitive but no hurting. Only nice if I press them a bit... feels nice. :D

For me Radical orchid. On the left I did not find the cord after 4 months, on the right still the bean-sized ball, the end of the cord, apparently hematoma, after surgery over inche, slumped slowly for 7 months.

By sensitive, he means bloody painful and uncomfortable, get rid of the things, they are a pain, literally.
