I stopped T last Sept and switched to low dose estrogen... I had a few hotflashes during the conversion but now have adjusted. I haven't had any major physical changes just softer skin and maybe less body hair. I rarely had erections and don't miss them. I can only get semi hard if I try.

I started experiencing the side effects about 3 weeks after my castration. That's when the hot flashes and difficulties with erections began. The hot flashes started off few and far between then increased in both frequency and strength after a month or so. I went without any HRT for almost a year after my castration before starting a low dose of TRT. My main reason to get back on T was due mostly to weight gain and fat distribution. I really didn't like the more feminine shape my body was taking - that is bigger hips and ass - nor did I really like the feeling of being totally asexual.
