General Anesthetic

I feel I would prefer just to have local anaesthetic when being physical castrated with a penectomy so I can see myself being castrated

So my question is thus:

Would a surgeon prepared to perform said double operation be prepared to operate on you just locally anathesis

It's my understanding that Dr. Arnoff will perform either surgery with local anesthetic. I'm not certain that he'd perform both castration and a penectomy as a single procedure, especially as he reportedly does not require psychiatric letters. It's very important that you be entirely cognisant with the impact of a procedure. I was castrated with a local anesthetic and loved being able to 'participate' in the procedure. I'd also prefer having the penectomy with a local anesthetic or a spinal block.

Since Dr. Arnkoff does not want to perform a scrotum removal at the same time as the orchiectomy although he did do it for a member here, I seriously doubt he'd consider a penectomy at the same time.

If the epidural is applied, the correct term is regional anhestesia .
