With me the sites are sore for days after the shot.

I havent been on TRT for long but when my levels have sorted themselves out those pellets sound like a sweet option.

Once you build up some scar tissue in the injection sites the soreness will not occur. I've been on T injections over 4 yrs now, takes about 6 min. start to finish and no usually no pain or soreness now.

Also, I only inject my quads ... never really felt comfortable enough to twist around and hit my glut.

Thanks folks for the advice.

I have slowly rotated my day of injection to help the soreness subside in time for the weekend.(I usually go for a run then)

I like the trick for using larger needles to draw the stuff from the vial but it doesn't take all that long to draw 0.4 ml.That said they are on my shopping list.

I am currently rotating my injection sites between my glutes and quads (On either side) so the pain in the bum is only half of the time.:D

Having some great nights sleep now (This also suffered when my levels were low).

Blood tests 2 weeks from now hope all is okay.
