I believe so, but much more expensive than a doc in the DC area who does a great job on this.

Google "aesthetic genital plastic surgeon suburban washington" and see if that helps.

4 month update. Procedure with Dr. A was July 23rd and it is now 4 months later. Please note: I am 65 years old so my results are likely to be very different from many of you.

The incision is completely healed. Dr. A did a nice job there. All bruising and swelling are gone. However, I still have a hard lump at the end of my cords. Left side is reduced now to the size of a walnut and right side is about the size of a grape. These lumps continue to reduce but gosh it is taking a long time. These lumps were the size of lemons right after surgery so my result is a much longer healing period. No pain however. I guess I needed a longer recovery period than many other members.

Sex drive went away quickly. Hot flashes were an interesting experience. I had a masturbation orgasm about a month after surgery. Easily produced and lots of fluid (surprising). Felt similar to any other orgasm I had prior to surgery. No interest in having another one for two more months. At the end of August, I went on HRT (testosterone) shots (one every 2 weeks). Whoa! Hot flashes went away and started having erections all the time. Still no interest in sex, porn or orgasms. My wife encouraged me to have another masturbation orgasm. Again, easily produced and again lots of fluid. I decided to cut back to one shot in October instead of 2. This seems like a better dose for me. I can get erect if I work at it. Spontaneous erections have gone away.

Emotionally, on or off HRT, I feel no different. I go to work and act no different. Desire for sex is low if at all. But, I am not opposed to sex. If my wife has a lover over or is interested in sex, I am more than happy to participate. I just never think to initiate sex. I also have no drive to masturbate. I can do it, I just don't think about doing it. I just had my 3rd masturbation orgasm this past week (again at my wife's encouragement). Easily got off and ejaculation like always.

At this rate, the lumps should be gone in another month or two. Sack is looking more and more empty. I am thinking about lowering HRT even more (1 shot every 2 months), maybe even eliminating them. At my age, HRT just doesn't seem that helpful. Kind of like a "Why bother" feeling. My wife has lovers so she doesn't want erections from me, but she loves my participation. I personally don't need HRT for participation. I know about the bone loss issue. I take D3 plus calcium vitamins. I'll just experiment with HRT to see what's right for me.

No regrets at all. If I were a lot younger (30s or 40s) I might have had regrets along the way. At this point, I am quite content to be a eunuch.

I just realized I had my second dead ball removed the day before July 22nd and so glad to be totally rid of them it does take a while fore the cords. The one that was removed 3 years ago I can't find any remains of the cords. And mostly gone the cords from July 22nd.

Keep in mind testosterone isn't a matter of taking it once every two months to halve the body response. At some point you just don't take it because it will then be on-off-on-off with the length of time you're proposing.

What you need is a low dose consistently, not a full dose every two months.

Thanks for your thoughts on HRT. I'm almost thinking of not using HRT at all. I need to find out the consequences of no HRT (other than sex drive and erections). I might just prefer being a eunuch.

No T eunuch represents a very serious concern for osteoporosis. VERY serious. Can be fatal in some cases.

No sex is a minor part of no T! If it was just that I would definitely still be NO T! I went two years no Tbut had to go on T for health reasons other than anything related to sex.
