What is it with all these f-ing idiots wanting advice on DIY the past month or so? Don't do it, you moron. You risk a bigger bill when the ER patches you up than what you'd get if you just went to Dr. A to begin with.
I hate to say it, but lately I'm nearly hoping for a well publicized death from a guy doing this. It might wake you morons up to the fact this is incredibly dangerous.

There is another thing to include it this kit.
In the UK and probably the same for the states the next of kin has to be informed for any ER incidents.
So this kit would have to include a reminder to make up a good explanation as to how your junk got wrecked.
I know those close to me would be devastated if they found I was admitted as a result of self harm.
If you must do the DIY thing then band and slice in the A+E car park but remember there will be a chance of re-constructive surgery should they find the detatched member(s).

In the states nobody is notified unless the patient consents to that notification. If I present at the ER/A+E, I may be asked if there is anyone I wish to be notified, but if I say no, that is the end of it. It's illegal in the US to discuss your medical case with anyone not authorized by you to receive that information.

Yes, the pain keeps getting worse. I've got a pretty remarkable pain tolerance thanks to a lifetime of migraines and after 4 hours with a big wide band on me I was ready to do ANYTHING to get that band off. When I cut it off I punched my king bed so hard it was knocked across the room. I was drenched in sweat, nauseated, and exhausted.
You can get injectible xylocaine with and without epinephrine (which increases the duration) from blueskydrugs.com
http://www.blueskydrugs.com/Product/Xylocaine+Injection
I've got some in my drawer right now, and I never had a prescription. Get some needles at the Walmart pharmacy and bingo.
All that being said, don't be an idiot. You'd likely have similar luck trying to DIY a lymph node removal as your testicles. Stop wasting cash on fast food and cable TV, save up for for however long it takes for three grand, and have Dr. Arnkoff remove them safely in his clinic. Heck, he'll even give you a receipt so you can write it off on your taxes. Then you can begin to enjoy hot flashes, dry skin, muscle loss, sleep problems, brittle bones, and erectile dysfunction. But hey, at least you won't go bald and your castration fantasy will no longer turn you on.
No one plans to slice anything. the lidocaine is to tolerate the band. Once your testes are dead my insurance will cover the orchiectomy for free. Thanks for the link tho. I spoke to Dr.A it'll probably be my best bet. Is angle patience..syncopations for the "moron" guy. A moment of impatience I guess you can't relate. Howeveri spent two weeks in the hospital for an attempted self penectomy trying my best to follow in the footsteps of the ethiopian eunuch. Since im doing this for heavens sake I have little regret. I'd do it again and again until it works but a $3000 orchiectomy sounds fair enough.

Btw that bottle of xylocaine you have. Did you order it from blueskydrugs. I would hate to blow 71307 bucks on the good stuff and receive nothing in return

This DIY kit could be made a bit simpler by adding $2286.93 to the above ammount and going to see the Dr you have over there.
I would be tempted if there wasn't the costs of getting there first but perhaps I could make a holiday of it once all the swelling had gone down.
