After I was castrated. All I did was ask my urologist to remove the scrotum. I was actually shocked with his response, He asked why? All I said was it was impacting my "QUALITY" of life and was very annoying sticking to the inside of my legs all the time during workouts and running. He said fine when would you like it done. My jaw about hit the floor. I was expecting to have to argue with him. My response was: when is your next surgical appointment? So bottom line is just ask you may be pleasantly surprised.

To the person who responded that they will not remove healthy tissue due to Hippocratic oath, not quite sure I agree with that statement since plastic surgeons do it everyday for one reason or another,,,,, mostly because it pays the bills.

Over the hypocratic oath thing I was refering to the original post over removal of the contents as well.

I am confident even in the UK if I went to a private hospital and put up a good case (like the above posts) for scrotum removal i would get my wish.

After all I would be the guy waving the money around.

Empty scrotum removal is considered as cosmetic surgery. Once empty the scrotum has no purpose and the fact that it gets in the way......bla bla bla is enough . It really is not an issue. The first issue is getting the orbs out!

"According to media sources, Thep Vechavisit "has no license to practice." However, he told the Sydney Morning Herald he "is a registered Thai doctor who did a two-month course in cosmetic surgery through New York University."

A note to plasticsurgery.or.th in January 2006 confirmed that Thep Vechavisit is NOT a national board certified plastic surgeon in Thailand.

He also has divulged information about prospective patients to the press (see below), raising questions about his ability to keep patient records confidential."

The price list shows $125 now.

These prices are competitive with the local veterinary clinics. 😄

Just read an interesting article "Transgender Tourism: For $2,000 a New Life Begins" published recently and thought it would be helpful for others.

http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/ ... ife-begins

It would be helpful to see real pictures of his work. Read customers experience in this story "The Middle Sex – A story in three parts" (end of the 2nd part & 3rd part is about Dr. Thep Vechavisit):
