I with enough stimulating could sort of get an erection but not really stiff and as soon as the stimulation stopped it was gone. Usually I could ejaculate a little mostly clear fluid even though usually not erect. Not a lot of an orgasm. Since starting TRT most sensation and function is back. Erections last very well but orgasms are hit and miss.
