Before chemical castration (24y)about 6 foot (182cm) i was 62kg

Now i am 65-67kg. (33y) So i gained about 5kg. But I do eat alot less now.

I estimated about 1500-1800 kcal intake now.

you will only gain 40kg If you sitting round the house all the day, antiandrogens as depo-provera which is a mild-androgenic progestagen may increase your appetite so you need to get a bit more active. I think no very strict diet is required, just pay attention on what you´re eating and avoid the most rich-calories foods as fast-food.

So, goodby chocolate, ice cream. Now I using a one neuroleptic, and people said that it lowers metabolism. So I increase weight from 69 to 75, and think its enough for 175sm height. So I hope that if CC works like this medication I'll get about 5-15kg. Hope so. Oh I so don't wonna be fat cause I skinny.

I don't want to rain on your parade, but I gained lots of weight.

At castration I was around 115Kg. After castration is gradually went up to 145Kg and developed diabetes II and hypertension.

I had to get a gastric bypass surgery and now I weigh 93Kg...healed of diabetes and blood pressure is normal.

One's chance of gaining weight it very possible after castration.

I had a dog and cat who also became VERY FAT after castration and they just lay on the kitchen floor...LAZY!!

I guess one can keep one's weight down after castration, but it is going to require great discipline regarding diet and exercise. Problem with exercise is that one also looses energy and one is not in the mood for exercise.

I guess it will be fair to concur with some here that mileage varies. This is MY experience.
