No worries about condoms etc. (Anyway, my Dad says they don't work.)

There was a time with no T, and eventually just soft and little. We'll probably go there again soon; penetrative sex is not so important after our number of birthdays, but we're still good together.

IMHO, if you have a significant other, you must involve the SO in any decision that might affect penetrative sex. It might be good, or not. Either way, it is not you decision alone.

You have to be in good condition, not be tired, not masturbated or had a sex for a month, your partner must excite you. Also you need to be more concentrated on things that excite you, work on not loosing focus, partner should understand your condition and stimulate you as much as she could. your penis will be less sensitive. So sex without condom is almost a must. It will take you longer to achieve an orgasm. Your penis might not become as hard as needed, so penetration should be assisted if needed. But it can be done. your partner could reach an orgasm much earlier than you.

I'd love to be able to focus entirely on her pleasure and not worry about my orgasm getting in the way and cutting it short. I'd probably be much more inclined to have sex. In addition to her pleasure being most important, I do enjoy sex and would enjoy it much more if it lasted much longer. My own orgasm is completely optional.

Not a lot of difference, other than it's more difficult to get it up. It takes physical stimulation, not just mental our visual like it used to. Once he's in up and in action the sex is about the same as before for her. I feel less sensation than before while it's going on which makes it more difficult to orgasm. But I still can, when I'm determined to. My orgasm just isn't as important to me any more, though I still absolutely enjoy it. It's nice to be more able to focus on her having a good time without having to keep my own body under control, so I can last long enough for her to orgasm.

Interesting, the first couple of weeks after my Orchy I would have been unable to do anything with my Penis other than peeing.

We tried just for fun one or 2 times and it didn't work at all but I am taking high dose female hormones' for years which might explains why. Penetrational sex was long time gone for us even before surgery and this was a wanted effect and not a side effect for us.
