But of course it is dumb to get castrated for fetish reasons. The vast majority of people getting castrated, and who post here, have valid reasons related to identity and so the act of castration isn't likely to arouse them.
Good point SplitDik. I just wondered out of curiosity if arousal would happen. Like most on here I have gender identity issues too
