so here I am back again with some new results. Habe been to urologist and my testicles and prostate etc. are OK so far - however a new blood Serum test showed the following results:

TSH 1. 66 ( * ) 0.36 - 3.74 [<EU/ml

FSH 2.10 (* ) 1.50 - 12.40 [miU/ml

LH 3.80 1.70- 8 . 60 [miU/ml

Prolactin 10.10 4.04 - 15 . 20 [ng/ml

Testosteron 1. 62 3.30 - 8 . 05 [ng/ml

So - as expected the Testosteron is very low again, lower than last time (see above) without taking any AAs or hormons.

The next step is a bone density test the Doc prescribed - than he will consider next steps. However he did not preliminary advise to add testosterone.

I have no clue wether the other results beside testosterone might tell something (seems to be a high prolactin level), the Doc did not really mention anything.

Its generally good for the mans health. ... ah, and also positive for easier losing any weight especially around the belly.

Progesterone has also been singled out in a number of studies on regeneration that I've never seen papers out of, since pregnant mothers heal much better than other women of their age. It's hypothesized to be a hormonal effect shared with the developing fetus, which needs its "healing" limiters turned off, in order to "heal" from a single cell into a fully-formed baby.

Like I said, I haven't seen the papers, but they may have results by now, since it's been so bloody long since I read the proposals (with some interest, I'll admit).

As for the testosterone test, I've been following http://cue.me/ with some interest - they also offer a (digital) testosterone test requiring only a saliva swab. It seems possible to get a fairly decent result with only spit.

I wonder if it would be possible to mix testosterone and estrogen in low doses to keep you where you are in terms of personality, libido, and nipples, while keeping your bones solid enough to avoid osteoarthritis? I've heard of things like that being done before, but never in a case like yours where you just wanted to back off a little on the whole gender thing; I don't know if either would dominate the other. It bears discussion with an endocrinologist, and that's not my field.
