I haven't as yet read all the above postings in full, just skimmed them. Speaking personally I had the very good fortune of having severe problems peeing at all as a tiny youngster and in a country where circumcision is rare (the UK), I was fortunate enough to have to have it done on "medical grounds".

For all my life as a teenager and later till now in middle age

I am so pleased I was circumcised. The appearance of a circed penis is just so much more appealing; its a body modification I thoroughly approve of.

I gather that AIDs research in Africa has proven that circumcised men have cleaner penile health and that the spread of HIV has been much lower among tribal groups who practice routine circumcision. The task is easily done when very young and

I reckon most guys who have been circumcised really approve.

I do notice a fiercely pro-foreskin lobby who try and make us "circed" guys feel second rate or "mutilated". It ain't true folks!

On grounds of aesthetics alone circumcision for men is beautiful

and on this website above all others I assumed that "modification" would be seen as a blessing.

Medical insurance pays for the routine circumcisions, doesn't it?

I think it shouldn't. The cost of those unnecessary circumcisions are coming out of my premiums.

Hi All,

I've been following this discussion with interest.

Apart from the fact that it's sexy having the end of your prick cut off, surely hygiene factors are a consideration?

Okay, so all uncircumcised guys take a shower from time to time and dutifully clean under the foreskin. But one piss and it needs cleaning again. Not nice at all.

Another point. Why stop at the foreskin? Nobody really needs more than 6 inches. I suggest that anything over is a grotesque obscenity and should be lopped off forthwith.

Failing that there should be a heavy tax on anything over 6"

Regards

Kortpeel

I don't have anything to worry about in that area either. Of course I've not measured in about a year or so; could be interesting though ...

It seems to me the group that complains the most about circumcision is the group that still has them.

I for one was cut at birth and I have never missed it, not ever. My sons have never missed it. If they decided not to cut there sons so be it. That is there decision not mine.

But back do the debate, I think its time for a pole, because if you have been cut at birth like most of us in the USA or not for those of you not from the USA I think the pole would show this.

One last point, its not right or wrong it just it, live with it.

Routine Infant Circumcision. I honestly think they should be a bit older to have it done, but not when the head is still developing

A zombie foreskin rises...

it signals the end of the world

My Dad always told me that dead foreskins would walk the earth as a prelude to judgment day.
