Probably. I know it's a very slow process, but my face is usually quite oily, and after I shower it's normally oily again within an hour. Today it is greatly reduced, my finger is barely shiny after running it across my forehead. Could be coincidence. Dr. called and said the energy is fine, just the body changing chemistry and that should go away soon.

One day I would like to. For now, no. I want some levels of feminization and the other benefits of estrogen.

Not feeling well today at all. Sick to my stomach and cramps. Didn't sleep well and felt like I was having hot flashes. Sweating and hot then chills.

I “ve had Stomach cramps too. It“s a side effect of spiro including muscle cramps which I haven“t had. That“s why doctors advise a gradual approach increasing slowly up to a standard dosage. At 50mg and 75mg almost nothing happened to me.

At 100mg I started feeling stomach problems but today I feel better, I will be in 100mg for the rest of the week. Remember drink enough water and as you should to know avoid high potasium foods

Yeah! The last days I haven“t been able to sleep well. Sweating and chills happen to me durign the night. That effects are because Testosterone is being reduced,

So I ended up having the flu the week after I started HRT. Bummer. I stopped taking everything for a week to make sure it wasn't the hormones or spiro causing issues. So I restarted both spiro and estradiol again on 3/29; my libido has been greatly reduced and I'm noticing some nice changes now. I actually stopped taking spiro last week since it was becoming difficult to orgasm. Over the last couple days that seems to have bounced back, I'm just going to stay on the 4mg per day estradiol for now to see how things go. Skin is definitely a bit softer, face is not as oily. Nipples are a bit sore. Testicles seem to have shrunk a bit - I was going to see Arnkoff but wasn't able to travel due to being freakin' sick. Need to get my appointment rescheduled once work settles down.
