I have no discomfort any more. The bag is empty. The incisions are healing nicely. Would I do it all over again? ABSOLUTELY .

With regard to injections That is the part that especially frighten me.:(

JessicaH (imported) wrote: Mon Mar 16, 2015 8:06 am Freddyde- There are many doctors in Mexico that work with transgender patients. Getting an orchie for a trans person is generally a lot easier.

I hope find one. In the area where I live there´s no public health institution that cover trangender treatments or surgeries, and would be extremely rare If they did it ,They only will remove my nuts If "I really need It" but As far as I know It should be not impossible that they provide a trans treatment . There´s another way and is paying a private urologist/endocrinologyst, But some of them belong to the "very old school" which orchi don´t should be performed unless you have a cancer or gangrene. There´s other doctors that in spite of don´t be experienced with trans they could help, Although, they charge a lot. Therés a health public institution that help trans people but I would need move to 1,327 km from my city,!!

I'd seriously look at the injections in your case.

I may not have to even ask. He may take one look at me and figure it all out.

Yeah, Jesus helped write that. On the other hand, it's likely that anybody who's read that article is going to be somewhat sympathetic.

That's no surprise. Jesus seems to be part of a lot of the intellectual stuff here.

I hope you're right about the sympathetic part or, even better, my doc is not aware of the injecting thing. But I can't imagine a young ambitious doctor not keeping up with the latest info about his specialty.

There are so many journals (like 30,000 of them), it is hard to keep with any but the most well-read ones.

Take your chances.

I have no choice but to do just that, take my chances. I'm calling for an appointment today.

You might want to take a look at the references used, click on the "Full text link" upper right. Reference number nine is Eunuch Archive, out of the 29 references listed. I would suspect any urologist who has time to read this short article should be able to add two and two together and probably have an inkling of what going on. Since there are so much information around it is probably going to take several more years before this topic is mainstreamed. At this point, I doubt many urologists are really going to figure it out.
