On my third injection I did not used hair scrunchie to stop blood flow to my testicles and found that it is much easier to hold my testicle with one hand and injecting with another.
The spermatic cord is interconnected to the epididymus and the epididymus gets sperm from the testicle, through a series of convoluted pipework. My prostate infection travelled down to the epididymus and into the testicle so there is a path way and I think the liquid is forced along the pipework as opposed to just into the testicle.
having said that. My testicles are pretty much destroyed from injections so I cannot say that this is what is happening to me.
