estrogen since Monday, I am taking estrogen daily and has been 6 days and hoping Andedonia/mild depression will ease.

I have recently got few red spots on my cheek could this be hormones related and will this disappear naturally? and I am worried if estrogen will help or not for HRT.. has anyone else got any other experiences with estrogen for HRT?

The estrogen doses you are taking is that has been recommended for women to improve menopausal symptoms.

But in men with low or no T (castration state) the effect and dosage of estrogens for improve androgen deprivation symptoms is unknown. Only in MtoF cases there are certain established doses.

It´s hard to know the appropriate doses in men without a doctor´s advice. I think you could ask to a doctor or follow a "trial and error". If in the following days you´re feeling better, the doses should not be increased. If not you must be increasing. You will need adjust your doses according to how you are feeling and stay on the doses where you have reached an acceptable wellbeing. At least, that's what I would do.

I guess transgender MtoF are more versed on the estrogens subject. I would really appreciate reading any suggestion from them.:)
