My spelling leaves allot to be desired. User: "castr8edmale" and this is the correct spelling. He does have a tribe membership with photos, before (whole) to current state.

I would also have the procedure done to have a vagina, while outwardly presenting as male, if it were possible without all of the therapy. I once started therapy for gender reassignment surgery but came to the realization that I really wanted to have the surgery to create a vagina but continue living as a male. I am glad to know that there are others. I would definitely be interested if you set up a website for those of us who are like minded.

It would be nice to have a vagina and be able to pass as either female or male as desired.

You are not alone, I have often wished I could have a vagina without having to fully transition to female. I wish you luck in your pursuit and keep us posted on your progress. I would be interested in a website that would be dedicated to men wanting a vagina without fully transitioning to female.

I second that post about man replacing their male parts for female and staying a guy. I bet there are a lot of bottoms would love to have their very own vagina to play with. I know that I would love to have my male junk removed and a lovely love canal in it's place. But unfortunately the medical community is very close minded when it comes to male genitals.

As for websites

becoming female do a internet search for Joe The Mangina Man, who was a MTF who went back to being a man with a vagina.

I'm kind of the same way. I'm heterosexual, but I would love to be asexual. I'm a virgin and I never had a girlfriend. I graduated high school in 2012. I've got a medium-sized body and I'm somewhat muscular. I'm not too fat or too thin. I'm not too tall or too short. I worked out a lot in high school for American football. I still work out, but not as much as back then. I would like my body to stay the same or become bigger and more muscular. That's how eunuchs were made in ancient China, by removing their reproductive glands or testes, and their penis as well, by cleaving them from the body with a curved blade. So if you want a vagina or a woman's canal that's totally comprehensible or understandable. What's chief in importance for me is getting my testicles surgically removed, that's what's of main importance to me. I may get my penis surgically removed and get a woman's canal too. I'm twenty-one years old by the way. My birthday was yesterday. Bayshore Plastic Surgery is about twenty-six minutes away from where I currently live. I live with my parents. I just need a letter of recommendation from a therapist and then I can get the procedure done. I've wanted this since my first year in high school.

There are of course a few side effects that you should be aware of, bone loss, depression, weight gain, hot flashes. The first three are very real and something that you need to consider before you do anything. Take your time and find out everything you can before doing something that you cannot reverse. Take castration on a test drive by using a castration drug for a year or two even. Find out if this is what you really want, read everything you can from this site, ask 1000 questions and more if necessary. The one thing you don't want to do is make a hasty decision.

Good Luck

I so identify with this thread, although I'm realistic enough to understand the difficulty of achieving it. The Harry Benjamin Standards of Care are perhaps the only defensible guidelines (from a legally based, malpractice-averse standpoint) in use by the mainstream medical community in the U.S., and beyond. At the time they were developed, the Benjamin Standards did the transgender community a great service, by codifying practices in a way that is safe for both patient and medical providers. However, as gender identity becomes more diverse, I can see the issues with rigidity, and the need for updated standards. After all, it was only two years ago that DSM-5 replaced gender "disorder" with "dysphoria;" perhaps we're not too far away from seeing something along the lines of "genital dysphoria" as a physiological condition.

As for me, I'm not sure that what I want is even possible, for I desire a penile inversion with urethral reroute, while retaining my scrotum and testicles. I'd imagine the difficulty with this would be that the scrotal tissue would not be available as it is in typical SRS (please forgive me if "SRS" is not the current terminology, and lighten me). But from what I've read of the few men who have written about returning to their cys-male identity after MTF surgery, the neo-vagina becomes more sensitive, and some natural lubrication occurs or returns, once testosterone replacement therapy begins.
