I would have expected the check to clear as of now. And I just balanced the account and there are more than enough funds.

Shit! I read the first posting in this thread, in a "show threads with new posts", and just sent in another PayPal donation today.

BBoy, take my new donation and use it for whatever expenses you think are appropriate. If you want to just take it and blow it on something you've put off because of the costs of maintaining the archive, or invest in a toe-nail clipper company, or whatever, just so long as it's YOUR CHOICE.

Consider it a Christmas present to a brother.

I did get the donation ... thanks much. We can certainly put it to good use. Although we don't have any pressing needs at this time (the Archive is now running on it's own dedicated server which we bought, still hosted through BME though) there are always things coming up or ways we can improve things.

That paypal address is always open and anyone who wants to throw a few bucks in the hat now and again is welcome to do so.

I still think that the Archive regulars ought to simiply send a contribution now and then. Expenses come up when least expected. Bboy needs to have a cushion available. Drop something in the mail to the P.O. Box or use Playpal, but contribute something in return for what you’re receiving!
