Well according to the website, the good Doctor has not been able to get a hospital in the Atlanta area to let him perform the procedure. I have no idea if this quote from his website is still valid.

"SRS/GRS (Genital Surgery)- I AM NOT DOING THIS PROCEDURE AT THIS TIME. Unfortunately, no hospital in Atlanta has granted me permission to perform SRS/ GRS at this time. I am working very hard to obtain that permission."

It's states that he does orchies but not SRS yet. He says most of his biz is doing orchies....
