Horrible news, they were so reliable!

If you are from USA, when you add medicine (that require prescription) to your Shopping Cart, you will see a warning in your Shopping Cart “You will be asked to supply a prescription before we can ship your order”

This what they said to me:-

"Times are changing for Online Pharmacies and we have some important information for you.For our long standing customers like yourself with an established purchase history, we will continue to accept and process your order as we have done in the past ie; without a prescription.

This change in our policy for new customers has resulted from the major card schemes such Visa, MasterCard and Amex who will not tolerate their names being brought into 'disrepute' - as supplying meds without a valid prescription is unacceptable to them. This is out of our control and failing to supply a valid prescription could result in our business being denied access to their payment facilities.

Credit cards we can accept are Amex and Visa, but MasterCard is not yet available.

Please feel free to call our customer service team if you have any queries. We are based in Vanuatu in the South Pacific. Because of the time zone differences, if you catch us out of hours please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we can."

Perhaps they need to consider alternate payment systems.

The new prescription policy is only for our US customers.

If you are prompted for a prescription please tick the box 'prescription will be emailed' this will allow the purchase to be completed. We can see you are not from the US and your order will be processed without the need for emailing the prescription.

I already got a shipping confirmation

Okay I'm REALLY getting nervous over this BS. I eventually called them and they gave me the thumbs up and supposedly got everything fixed. I put in my credit card info, denied over a different issue, says the info of my credit card is probably wrong. Call INP again, they try to do an over the phone order. Still won't go through. They suggest I call my bank to see if they blocked international transactions. No strikes according to the bank. Try echeck, nope. What the hell do I do?

Have you had any response yet from the WPATH member in your area? I also wrote to her to encourage her to provide a prescription for you to hold you until you move. When will you be moving to a region where there are several good counselors and physicians who could work with you?
