Have anyone tried to use a penispump ? Not for making it bigger but more a way to keep it´s length.If the tube on the pump is more narrow than it was from factory it would force it to be longer.

If you wish to keep your self sexually functional 1) do not get castrated! 2) take HRT. You can use a pump to enlarge your privates but it's time consuming if you are castrated and not taking HRT!

If you don´t want having an sexual function, but still want it to be usefull for peeing the pump could be a solution.With the pump the length could be preserved and by using smaller tube the width would be decreased.

I think there are two aspects to size (with respect to length) for castrated guys.

Most medical measurements of length will stretch the flaccid penis as far as it can go. According to that, castrated men lose average of 20% (so more than an inch) in stretchable length, and the theory is that lack of nighttime erections is the primary factor.

However, just because it can still stretch to 80% of previous length, the other factor is that castrated guys' flaccid penis is totally flaccid (most of the time an intact guy's penis is still partially erect, at least a little bit) so is the smallest it possibly can be.

So I think what you're hearing reported above is probably about right according to medical information. You will lose an inch of real length and further it will be generally in state of being as small as possible. So 50% reduction in flaccid appearance is quite likely.

About 30% atrophy of penis. Don't know about scrotum since I had it cut off...but, skin dosen't ungrow.
