Thank you Mr. Woggler58, you have been most helpful. I do plan on getting on the tread mill twice a day and eliminating all sweets from my diet in hopes that I slowly loose the 30-40 pounds I added and did not need.

I have been taking 1400 mg of Calcium Citrate and in my blood work, my calcium number came back real high. So I am going to cut back on the amount of Calcium that I take. I guess there is no hard and fast rule as to how much you should take as a Eunuch. I guess it still depends on your own body. Everyone is different. BTW-I went to this new Blood Lab here in Milwaukee. It is a cash only place and all it does is blood analysis. The price was super cheap. I mean super cheap. But they moved slow. I had to wait 7 days for my results but they gave analysis on my blood that no other lab had done before. I was pleased with the price and the fantastic analysis.. The timeliness was real slow.. But they did better than other lab I have seen.

It's true that some doctors are better than others. When I first moved out here, I had a doctor that was downright awesome! I loved that guy. :) Then he moved, and I guess the doctor that replaced him is OK, but I don't like him as much as the other doctor. He is very authoritative, and I just don't feel comfortable sharing my thoughts and research with him. I felt like the other doctor was more interested in hearing what I had to say. I also had a doctor out in California that was truly wonderful. I hope to find another doctor like those two someday. :)

I really don't understand the big deal about the calcium supplements. I could be wrong, but my understanding is that sex hormones somehow contribute to getting calcium into the bones, so it seems to me that without hormones it really wouldn't matter how much calcium you are taking. I just focus on getting adequate amounts of calcium from diet and doing plenty of weight-bearing exercise.
