Hmm.. I seem to remember some immediate changes but they got gradually more over about 6-8 weeks. Heightened sense of smell, intolerance of heat, decreasing strength, libido and impotence, penis shrinking, decrease of skin oil and alteration of personal odor, and eventually hot flashes and some breast growth. Apart from the flashes, it didn't feel bad, in fact, mostly good. Restoring T to normal levels reversed all to nearly as before. Flashes stopped first, then Libido and erections returned, and the rest more slowly over a couple of months or so.

If I had continued with no T until the flashes went away -as they usually do eventually- I'd be able to tell the the whole story beginning to end.

I was castrated by burdizzo and I was lucky that it only took 1 time to work, after being clamped by the burdizzo my testicles got really hard and cold and were never able to recover from having the cords crushed. About a week after my clamping my sex drive was gone

Scale from 1 to 100 with 100 being super horny always looking for sex I went from 100 down to 20 in 1 week after my clamping

I´m not sure, but I can imagine that it´s "perfect" when the libido and all typical male behavior extinguishes as fast as possible.....

Yes, many ways, but go to the doc.

-We used to have a shepherd in the old country who did the boy-lambs with his teeth. (Can't remember if he spat or swallowed. Ah, well...)

Burdizzo, banding, etc maybe ok for animals but no good for people, as the doc can do it safely -if you are sure it's what you want.

My experience with decreased libido was more of a slow fading. It still is not completely gone - as I've said elsewhere, I think it's been reduced by about 90% - but it did fade to where it is now over a period of a month or two after stopping T. I think a lot of my libido now is purely mental. I can still have sexual thoughts, but I just don't have the same need to fulfill them as I did when taking T, and the thoughts do not occur anywhere near as frequently. Whenever I have started taking T again, libido also did not come back right away - it took weeks to months to return to full strength.

A new study on the rate of decline of testosterone in the blood of ten patients after surgical castration for prostate cancer found an average half-life for T of 61.7 minutes and that castrate level T was reached in 4 to 6 hours.
