Once the T levels are down into the female range for an extended period of time, orgasms basically become completely dry.

Also, if I may add something else, I found that I was completely transfixed on getting my guy parts removed pre-transition. But once the T was out of my system and I had made the full-time social transition, the obsession more or less completely vanished. Now it's just kind of a passive annoyance to have them there rather than an "OMG, I HATE these things and they need to be gone NOW!!!" So yeah.

Do you know what levels should be maintained to keep that "little and clear" phase going indefinitely? Inquiring minds want to know. :)

The "little and almost clear" phase has lasted for me ever since shortly after my orchiectomy, and was not much affected by my taking the premarin-provera medication routine for several years post orchiectomy.

Biological diversity is, methinks, profoundly real. Therefore, I consider it likely that some people are rather like me, no particularly noticeable change in the orgasm experience or in erection. The only seriously noteworthy change is, if I have something better to do than an orgasm, I never really need an orgasm or other form of "sexual release." However, whenever the whim for an orgasm happens and I act accordingly, things seem to work very much as they did pre-orchiectomy, except that I would expect to not be successfully found responsible in a paternity suit about someone born, say, since 1990 or somewhat earlier.
