If the gyno is a big thing for you can always have surgery to get them reduced and remove the glands that are swelling up, maybe even get pec implants instead. I was castrated 4 mo. ago and take anastrozole to keep my est. level low. I inject T 2x week and love the stuff. Feels so good. There are also erectile dysfunction drugs you can inject right into ur dick to get hard, called tri-mix. Will keep you rock hard for hours if you want it to. You could please ur wife long time on that stuff bro.

There is also progesterone cream. Progesterone is not just a female hormone like most think. Normally, it is produced by the testes but when the testes don't produce T it also stop producing progesterone. So men on TRT don't produce it, same for bodybuilders who use steroids. Progesterone prevents the conversion of testosterone into DHT and estradiol, which is good to prevent man boobs. I'm not sure how efficient it is I've only started to use it 10 days ago. It'll probably take a few months before I notice a difference. I don't have large boobs because I'm not over weight but I have some that hang when I lean forward that I don't like.
