Around here, that is because everyone seems to be a bottom. Minneapolis, Minnesota USA - we need TOPS.

Hi

I from Singapore. I just completed my bilateral-orchiectomy and removal scrotum surgery last week in Thailand(29.Oct.2013).

I still not recover. Can I know when to start the HRT, for taking HRT I only want to reduce the side effect of the orchiectomy, I will like to remain low sex driver, so I will not take the injection of Depo-Testosterone 200mg.

I have bought the "Andriol Testocaps 40mg", have you try before, and if I only want to reduce the side effect, one week how many pills shall I take.

If I refuse to take HRT for a year what things will happen on me? Sorry for the poor English. Thanks.

Regards,

Peteraln

Congratulations. We all hope for your best recovery and happiness.

I think that you should not take testosterone pills. Testosterone pills are bad for the liver. If you want low sex drive, you need only small amounts of testosterone to keep your bones healthy. Many people use Androgel skin medication for this.

If you take no HRT for a year, most people will lose sex drive, get a little fat, have a smaller penis, maybe get a little bigger breasts. The bones should be good. You may also have "hot flashes". It is possible that the mind may become depressed. If you feel that you have the symptoms of depression, seek professional help. Stay happy and healthy. Enjoy being a eunuch!

Everyone is different. Have good medical advice to be safe.

The are many castrated people here, and most of us are happy and have good health.

There are many people here to answer your questions.

Very few men can live without testosterone (or estrogen). It would be best to use some TRT to remain healthy and avoid castration side effects. What ever you decide to use, usually half dosage (full dosage is what a man should take to be sexually functional) should keep testosterone level below 5 (150), low enough to avoid unwanted erections. Don't wait to long to start TRT, because when side effects set in, it'd be difficult to get rid of them without taking full dosage TRT. With injections you'll have a up and down roller coaster effect, for better control 5 gr. a day of testosterone gel should be enough. Without TRT there won't be any immediate bad side effects, except fatigue and impotency. You can let your T level go down for a while for you to experience your eunuch state. It might take up to a year to start to experience the bad side effects and they are going to go from bad to worse, those effects include total lack of concentration, memory lost (similar to Alzeimer disease) severe arthritis pain (at one point you'll feel like a ninety year old man), obesity and all the related diseases like diabetes or hearth problems. Each of those previous side effects are known to lead to depression, when they are all present depression is unavoidable. Eat less, because eunuchs tend to put on weight very easily and without testosterone it'd be very difficult to lose your extra kilos, remain active but don't try to work as hard as intact men. Can you tell us where you got it done in Thailand? Good luck!

Well, I am castrated and have continued to feel better, not worse. A year after it was done, i felt good. I am sorry to disappoint those expecting me to suffer with arthritis, depression and everything including housemaids knee. I do become older, but i notice that this injustice is not limited to eunuchs, it seems.

Greetings to Singapore, and all best wishes for much happiness! Can you tell us where in Thailand?

I have to agree on not taking pills to get testosterone. Also it depends on your age with how much hormones you will need to stay healthy. It all varies greatly from person to person, so "Your Mileage May Vary"

But it all comes down to your personal choice and feelings.

As I was told by my doctor some years ago, the pill form is for testing, or a trial run, and never intended for long-term use.

I was given one month of it.

Never again...

Andriol is not like the pill, it's not liver toxic like that. The downside is because it absorbs differently, you need boat loads of it for even a small raise in testosterone level, and this gets expensive. If you're from over seas, you can probably get any type of male hormone you want. If I wanted to lower my drive, but not have the full blown effects of no testosterone, I would take something like Equipoise and/or Anavar. Or any type of low androgen like those two. Deca or Primobolan is also an option. My favorite thing on Earth to take is Trenbolone by itself. Because it lowers my sex drive to that of a 10 yo, BUT because its technically, kind of androgenic, my erectile function actually increased on it. Plus it sure kept me lean. . .

Do be careful; there is just too much pseudo-bs mixed in with hrt advice. If the solution has all the benefits and none of the downside, it might just be too good to be true. Best ask the doc for guidance before wasting your money or worse yourself.

Janekane! I feel the same as you. My sex drive did not change much, the thing I noticed the most is that I don't need to ejaculate ever time I have sex.
