I never watch Rachel Mad Cow

There were a couple seasons that I watched a few episodes of SURVIVOR and I hated the contest and make-believe councils.

I did watch several seasons of FACE OFF but I hate to admit I got tired of it. The interpersonal angst and screaming and betrayals and conflicts are all the same. The same thing happened with Heidi Klum and her designer clothing shows. I simply got bored. Add APPRENTICE to that after the grand craziness of Mother/Daughter atrocities between Melissa and Joan Rivers. Amarosa didn't help. It's like one more Queen Bitch and I was going to slit my throat.

I used to watch IRON CHEF from Japan just to see the variety of strange foods (pressed mucus under glass, and fermented soybeans, and live eel butchered before your eyes) but the American version along with all its cousins and that foul-mouth British bastard Ramsey just burnt me out for cooking shows. CHOPPED takes itself so seriously and so awfully pretentious.

And that ongoing horror of Cupcake Wars, my stars in heaven they make cupcakes. They aren't baking gold or making world peace, or even freeing the slaves. It's a fucking cupcake (oh never mind!)

Unfortunately, I'm not the one to watch any reality show anymore. and that includes SIBERIA.

Don't get me wrong. If you like that stuff -- great, wonderful, good for you -- Enjoy it.

It's not my thing.

I will take my soapbox to bed right now. Sorry to go off on a rant about TV.
