Yes he is my adopted boy. Two years ago on St. Valentine's Day I was lonely and decided I needed a dog for company. I went that morning to the Humane Society to check out the rescue dogs. I went back later that day and all the dogs were barking like crazy except for this handsome male beagle. He was grinning and wagging his tail. I liked his smile so I took him home. Now we are both neutered creatures enjoying life together.

If you combine castration with SSRI anti depressants you will almost certainly have no sexual response. You can also almost completely numb the penis using elastrator banding at the base once per week. With penis banding alone I would get numb enough that orgasm was fully impossible -- the dorsal nerve of the penis gets temporarily compressed and there is no stimulation.
