After reading all these posts, I can only say YES to all of them.

I have never really wanted HRT treatment after castration and the VA is not inclined to give me some which is a good thing.

On the BIID this is very real as I fit into this box. I know that when I was finally castrated my feeling was that I was finally complete. I was now the person I was meant to be.
