It most certainly has not curbed his sex drive and he has been talking it for some years now (at least judging by the empty condom wrappers found in the buggers bedroom and in his car), although possibly there are indicators of depression but not manic. The stress of loosing his hair was more stressful

For me I tried mixing this with cyproterone acetate with the desire to lower my sex drive, and even micro doses of this combo had a sever impact on my system which lasted for short to medium terms. Everything did return to normal eventually (for me over a period of about 6 months). I do agree that people with certain genetic markers could well be prone to more sever side effects and as such anyone contemplating using this drug (or a combination like I did) should do so with their eyes very wide open. At least my own experience does not warrant the irrational panic that seems prevalent in some places

I would hope that you would set aside your very unique experience and suggest to your son that there are very severe sid effects and just because they've not-yet-bothered you that he needs to be aware of them and act accordingly. I also hope that you didn't give it to him and he got it from a doctor, one who did not exist in the ether and online. Please, for his sake.
