severely depressed, please help

short answer, seems like since castration(surgical) hairloss has stopped. however as they say its easier to stop then regrow. as for sex, im asexual so I never had such feelings thus I cant say if it killed such urges. if you just trying to kill urges and stop hairloss a mix of spiro and fin may help rather then go the surgical route. also FYI the body usualy needs some form of hormone to function properly weather it be T or E.
