I will admit getting my weight to really low healthy levels has been a huge challenge.
I wanted to do it in such a way so as not to require excessively huge amts of exercise regime's and I managed to do it.
But the sucky part about it is most if not every single flat chested person I know manages to eat crap to a degree and stay skinny.
My hormone levels deny me a chance at indulging even a little. It just offsets my metabolism entirely.
1 pizza slice per week maybe yes but 3 in a week makes me gain what little I tried to loose in 2 days.
Its really terrible.
Im almost sure my hormone levels affect to a great extent my ability to process carbs, crap and treats
Has anyone tried progesterone cream to lower libido?
