The biggest thing is that you must do what pleases you. Aesthetically any balls at all are unattractive to me, I much prefer the way that I and others like me look. As for the aspect of reducing sexual urges, with any amount of HRT you will have some desires. The funny thing is , that for most castrated men, even with full HRT sex is a choice not a requirement. Personally I find that while I still enjoy very much being sexual , whether by myself or with a partner, orgasm is not required. I somethines go days , playing with it for a while, then stopping. I can go like that for days, simply enjoying the sensations without the NEED to orgasm.
