propecia won't hold the hair forever unless the testicles are moderetly low of DHT(not free T) and the stuff is applied on head religiously. Genetics as usual plays every bit of an important role in hairloss.
NB = I may still have my hair but if I were to continue say remaining male till late 30's or 40's I may not be lucky. See only 20%(probably less now) of world populace has the ability to retain hair genetically.
