Penectomy with paper cutter?

With respect to bleeding to death after a penectomy a lot can depend on the way in which the penis is severed. If a limb (or a penis) is effectively torn off, the blood vessels can be stretched which is quite an effective way of sealing them.

There are a number of cases where farm workers have had arms torn off by machinery and have been able to pick them up and take them to Hospital. In other cases where the cut was cleaner, the victim died from loss of blood.

Happousai's idea of using a paper cutter aka Guillotine may, if it was not too sharp actually work because it would crush the tissues and then tear them. I would hate to try to imagine how much pain that would cause though.
