My surgeon who is one of the best in the UK was fine about it after my orchiectomy he wanted to give me replacments I said no I didnt want them, and as I had them removed for ? cancer he asked me what I did want? I had to wait 6 months and arrange to see him again this was so I could think about it and make sure, he said he didnt understand why I wanted it but as ive said he is very good and he said the main thing is making the patient happy is the most important thing I know he does a lot of work for men who are not happy with previous surgury.
If anyone wants a pic of 72hrs post op and how bad it looks (but im still very happy) I will mail you one.
Thanks to you all

Congrats!!!! The improvement with the dcrotum removed is amazing. I love the way mine looks and feels. I am quite lucky , and the scar looks like the raphe, so I have actually had a few think that I never had balls or sack.
Hope the healing goes well, and quickly.
Raymar

Congrats on getting your scrotum removed. I did and love the feeling. Only thing that just MIGHT be better is to now lose the penis and go for the smooth look and feel.

Congratulations, Jako ! I am so happy for you ! you have been my best adviser ever since I started injecting my balls following your good advices, 11 months ago. I never had any problem. My balls are very close to being things of the past, let me thank you for your help and support. I will follow the same route and will gladly help those who are willing to get rid of their invasive "family jewels".

Congratulations.
As a woman I can tell you that the absence of a scrotum makes you look so much more attractive...if you still have your penis. However, I prefer a scrotum (no penis) or complete nullification. What's ugly is an intact package.

I agree with Melissa, I prefer no penis or complete nullification too...

I've seen pictures of eunuchs with no scrotum. They really vary. Some are unattractive hack jobs and others appear perfectly smooth with barely visible scars like there was never a scrotum there and their owners wisely choose to keep them hairless. Those are very attractive and erotic to me. If my prostate cancer were to come back I would probably push for castration and scrotum removal so I could look as close as possible to those favorite pictures.

I've got nothing against intact male genitals, whether they are small or big. Some are very attractive but some men are not as lucky, I am one of them. I was circumcised (mutilated would be more accurate) and this is the root of my castration fantasy. I wish to be castrated with scrotum removal. When done properly, scrotumectomy looks much better than a flat bag. It'd deffinitively look better for me to get it removed.

I was castrated and after about 4 months found the empty scrotum to be unattractive, annoying and a hygiene issue. I contacted a plastic surgeon and had it removed. Requested not tight not loose and it is just that. Sure you can see the incision line if you put a mirror on the floor. It basically looks like I never had testicles nor a scrotum. What's not to like?

How much did it cost you?
