Hi my count is now around 5 and I take just a small T replacement I still get hot flashes even now 12 months on after my orchiectomy I take paracetamol and find it helps keep me cool. Try it and see.

I had another test done the other which was 2 weeks after the last one was removed and the reading was "1" and the hot flashed are getting worst and only lst for about 30 to 60 seconds and i do get wet from the sweat, but i do feel great

Expect the hot flashes (and cold, too) and sweats to last anywhere from a few months to a few years. I got them for about 5 years after going to half of my once normal levels, and I am still at about 350 ng/dl on replacement HRT.
