LOL thanks, actually I don't think I have ever had a Totonno's Pizza and Nathan's is not the best hotdog in the land for sure. I had one once, lets leave it at that.

Never again the contest to see who can eat the most Hotdogs in 15 minutes, Never again will a Japanese kid weighing 120 lbs wipe the floor with those big guys. Is this something lost forever?![]()
Fret not, Nathan's has already posted that they are planning on being open again by next spring. The hot-dog-eating contest will live on, and in all likelihood skinny little Takeru Kobayashi will still be able to put all of his beefy American competitors' stomachs to shame.

I so miss good pastrami sandwiches.
The Stage Deli was the only eating place I ever bought a T shirt.

I remember living on the west coast, like the east coast we know subs. You can't find them in the mid west, they have no clue what one is, they think its a subway.

I have not been to Nathan's but I purchase their hot dogs locally in the meat case. They are so good. I learned about them at a Food Fair when we were looking for new food items for the cafeteria. One bite and I was in love. Only Nathan's dogs pass my lips.

There is a hot dog stand in SFV called Cupids, actually three of them been there now 3rd or 4th generation its a foot long chili dog, you can have mustard and onions and chili, they have one size drink, no place to sit, line around the block. Best chili dog in the world.
If I buy one today at the store I look for Hebrew National, its that or nothing.

Try a hot dog at Cecil's Deli in St. Paul. They are too good to be called hot dogs. --FLO--
