Sally Fields does a stunning job at demonstrating to the world that John Wilkes Booth could have statues everywhere and been raised to the level of "Ultimate National Hero" if he had simply shot Mary Lincoln instead of the president.

LOL he may have even been cheered by Abe.

Finally got around to seeing it yesterday. What a great movie.

There is no doubt that Lincoln will get a lot of Academy Awards -- actor, supporting actress, movie and and and -- it is a really well done movie that takes you back in time, both the subject matter, and in that it reminds you of the BIG movies of the past. Certainly worth seeing.
