I must be obsessive compulsive, the thought keeps haunting me. I am doing these vodka shots but wow they take forever. My balls are not even shrinking.

If there was a safe and sure way that wouldn't end you up in the psych ward or worse mine would have been gone long ago. What I need is to find a way so that my doctor says they (both penis and testicles) have to be removed (which no psych issues) and the procedure will be covered by my medical insurance.

Any suggestions?

What if I take a zip tie above the balls, tighten it as much as possible, wait for the scrotum ballon to turn black then just razor blade it off. I need some ideas here to take off the balls.

NO. Then you'll bleed to death. Those blood vessels will not close just because of a zip tie. If you go to the Emergency Room like that, you will be admitted for psychiatric review.

I don't intend this to be mean but this near daily posting of some method to remove your testicles or penis is an obsession or something in the realm of obsessive/compulsive disorder and you ought to be seeing a professional about it. I don't even want to insert a lousy joke about it (and I can think of a few that would be silly and funny) but I'm afraid you will take it seriously. In that case, the first words out of my mouth would be NO. You aren't safe with that obsession being so starkly and brazenly displayed to everyone on the EA. no one wants you to hurt yourself and yet you seem to be unable to stop and think about the reality of how to get your testicles removed. There's a doctor that does it, safely and without fanfare.

The closest thing I can see going wrong is if "Fourier's Gangrene" sets in.

This is the genital equivalent of flesh eating disease.

Hence why I posted a link of a lad getting a full Translumbar amputation.

I mean....seriously.....once bacteria sets in there's no telling what will go wrong.

I only posted the worst case scenario.

I will just stick to the vodka injections. They seem to be doing something.

They will work if one knows what they are doing and one is patient. If one, doesn't have either of these attributes, then they should save their money and see the Doctor mentioned in other threads here. But, these crazy ideas of zip ties and etc. are really wearing on peoples nerves here.

We don't want you to stop talking. In fact, your tendency to talk a lot is probably better and beneficial to you rather than staying silent. Members know that from experience. they also know what it is to want testicles or penis removed and the anxiety those body parts can cause. You aren't alone in your desires. We would rather you keep commenting. However, we were worried that you might do something as drastic as just chopping away and seriously injure yourself. AT least I was. Talk about that with the people here who have experience with it.

And if you need a thread of goofy ways to destroy your pieces/parts the make sure that even a casual reader knows that it's just for imagination and not for real.

I sit in the bathrroom with a tiny knife just to think on cutting them off myself. I even took a scissor and somewhat pinched the bag but no scrape or bruise happened but the pain from that pinch was extreme. I doubt I can pull something like this off. Those guys who just hack and saw off their testicles or even the penis have got some real guts. Its way too painful.

Go and get help!

I do not know of resources available in your country, but try to find either some psychological help, or chemical castration.

Sometimes lowering testosterone would lead to removal of such urges.

Just remember, if you just cut your balls with scissors, you have very high probability of uncontrolled bleeding and very probably - death.

Even small cuts in the genital area bleed a lot, and I speak from experience. One more point - there are no obvious pressure points to stop the bleeding.
