I agree with devi. those high glycemic starches and artificial preservatives and refined sugars got to go.
If you want something sweet have some handmade lemoniade with added "stevia" or natural honey
Ps = Honey has like 13 protein chaains i believe
I do have a question
May somebody explain for the longest time why "stevia" was on the "No list "on the FDA for the longest time?
Stevia is a natural protein extract from a flower that has sweet like properties. Unlike fake aspartame or it's cousin splenda.
And that's another thing.Anyone have concrete studies on aspartame?
everywhere I go there's relative mixed results about it. Clearly the food industry is playing dirty
