The veterinarian you are speaking of isn't doing the following:

1. Locating the urethra inside

2. Rerouting it and securing it in place

3. Removing the penis including the root down to the perineum area

4. Removing the scrotum

5. Trying to control bleeding from all those annoying human anatomical features

6. Trying to keep what appears to be a cancerous penis from spreading cancer cells to an open wound

This is NOT a video of a simple castration, and even if it were, humans and animals differ greatly in anatomy.
