Regarding urination, I urinate just fine with my reroute (perineal urethrostomy). I could remove my penis now with no worry. Sorry Hash, but stimulation and orgasm are two different things

When you do not have a Penis the stimulation have to be someplace ( front or anal and very like how a woman would ), and as you can see in the video he has ejaculate pumping out male type.
